Allowing some user to use MSN Messenger

I am using WinGate 6.0.4 (Build 1025)
I have blocked Port 1863 From ENS (LAN connection to WinGatePC, LAN connection to internet), now I would like to have some user to be able to use MSN Messenger.
I am using WWWProxy Transparent, Assumed Users, System Policies Everyone (Enable BAN list) with some url already in it.

in MSN use SOCKS 5. Ip proxy port 1080. in Wingate Socks advanced USE RFC 1929 (Clear Text) for authentication
