Based off the limited information given, my suggestion would be to upgrade to version 6.1.1.

And if you are still having issues, please detail your problem in a way so that forum users can understand how your network is configured with WinGate.

e.g.
1. Where the Fortinet Server is in relation to WinGate.
2. Where the Fortinet Client is in relation to WinGate.
3. What version of Fortinet are you using.
4. Your connection methods to WinGate.
5. What error messages you are getting.
6. Is WinGates firewall enabled.

e.g.
1. Where the Fortinet Server is in relation to WinGate? Fortinet server at Sinagpore
2. Where the Fortinet Client is in relation to WinGate. Fortinet client running on my pc and my pc connected into Wingate
3. What version of Fortinet are you using. 2.0.062
4. Your connection methods to WinGate. my connection through LAN
5. What error messages you are getting. First forticlient use TCP port 47 and 51 and UDP port 500 and 4500 so when I create port mapping for UDP wingate respond is UDP mapping service failed.
6. Is WinGates firewall enabled. no disabled.

Hi,

1. So upgrading to version 6.1.1 did not fix your problem?
2. You have said your connection method is LAN. Do you suppose to mean NAT?
3. Can you ping www.google.com from the computer that the Fortinet Client is installed on? i.e. do you have NAT.

A guide to configuring NAT is available from here: http://support.qbik.com/index.php?_a=kn ... ils&_i=123
