Streaming Media Problems, Still

I have been looking over the posts trying to glean a fix, but have yet to find anything that works. I had it working before the last update, so i am not sure what changed to affect it.

From what i've read so far i will give the information that you might need.

1. First Off, the only plugin is Puresight, not KAV like mentioned in the posts.
2. Wingate 6.1.1 Build 1077
3. Employ bot NAT and WWW Proxy
4. RTSP is enabled on port 554 on the Internal adapter. (Haven't touched this myself.)
5. Test URL that does not work - http://2005.wlac.com/pages/listenlive.html
6. Have tried to access the media by using the proxy (Internet Options LAN settings) and no proxy.
7. Get no errors from the streaming player.

Any thoughts?
I have seen the RTSP mentioned in posts, but no info on how to configure it. How do you configure it in Wingate? How would you then configure Windows Media Player to use it?
