Ftp uploads with bigger file size

Hi:

Last week I've upgraded my server to WinGate Pro 6.1.0 and KAV 2.0.
I've notice today that, some times, not always, when I upload a file using the ftp proxy service, the size of the file is bigger when the transfer is completed.
I've seen a similar case in the forum, talking about a bug.
If I disable KAV plugin the ftp upload works always fine, but it's supposed that I should use the antivirus, of course.
Is there any solution right now, without waiting for a new release?.
