Webcam not visible from internet ?

I've installed a webcam which can be controlled from the visitor (motorized pan/tilt control).
Therefore the camera needs 4 ports to be forwarded, which I did in the extended network settings in Wingate.
For several days it went all well, but since 2 days when I give my username and password, I get the warning from internet explorer "out of memory at line: 128" and nothing is happening....
I don't know if this only a problem on my computer (laptop), I have no one to test it...so if you like you can try with this link:
