Mail server

Dear Support team,

Our Company setup mail server somewhere on the net and we retrieve email through wingate using outlook. My question is can wingate redirect email from friend next to me directly without connect to our mail server? If the user are mobile can wingate filter it so wingate know which one internal and which one should go to mail server? I read Mail_Server_6_Scenarios_and_Configurations.pdf but still don't understand which scenario's suitable for me.

Hi

WinGate can split domains, so you can add a domain for the domain you are using, set it to be hosted on a remote server (use MX), but then add overrides for your address, and your friend's one so that these are hosted locally.

Another thing are if someone from outside send me email, can wingate knows about that as wingate already overrides my email address? And which scenarios fit to this or we have to mix the wingate scenarios?
