I want to send all emails directly and use for a particular domains gateway, can I control this over a policy?

Hi

yes you can. Just create a domain (Email Domains tab), and specify which server hosts the mailboxes. WinGate will deliver mail for this domain then to that server.

One side-effect though is this domain is then treated as local (so incoming mail to that domain won't be deemed to be a relay).
