Time-Range Policy Suggestion

I have some sites I need to "unblock" from rules at weekends and hollidays.

For weekends it's easy, for hollidays I'm currently using "time-range check" objects (lots of them, each one for a different holliday. maybe there is a better way?)

But I want to provide only day and month, not the year (so next year, the policy will work).

Can we have an "ignore year" option or something inside time-range box?
