Client failed access to internet

Please help. I am using wingate ver 5.0.0 and my OS is window 98.My Wingate client having problem of access to internet or i mean total no respond to internet at all. But my networking was configured correctly.Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

Hi,

Try upgrading to V6.1.4, your V5 licence will still be valid.

Next read this KB article here for help on the latest Wingate Version.

Copy the Wingate configuration from the menu Options --> Advanced --> Save Report and paste it in this forum minus any private details, someone will be able to help further perhaps.

Oh and Wingate should be running under Windows 2000 or later to be predictable!
