WinGate (GateKeeper) scheduled tasks

Postby cn1234 » Jan 20 17 9:17 pm

Does GateKeeper need to be open and running in order for the tasks to run. At the moment the pc is turned on and then left till the desktop appears and the 2 notification icons appear next to the clock. Is the GateKeeper only for interface only or does that need to be open for tasks to run?

Hi

Scheduled tasks run in the engine, regardless of whether you are logged in or not.

Many thanks for the confirmation. I now have changed tasks to run at different times. I just wanted to know if scheduled tasks run in the engine, regardless of whether you are logged in or not. Thanks
