Waiting for proxy tunnel...

Hi Qbik team,

sometime, during client browsing internet, browser status bar will display "waiting for proxy tunnel" and it will take some time to load the web & sometime it will take very long time until browser tell no internet connection.


currently i'm using wingate 9.0.4 enterprise trial
wingate install on win10 x64 with windows defender on.

Hi

that means WinGAte is processing the CONNECT request from the client.

It's possible the upstream connection is taking a while / failing. I would check the WWW proxy diagnostic logs for this (also check DNS client logs, since the WWW proxy will be doing a DNS lookup for the destination).
