Help with Credential Rules

Hi All,

Hope everyone is well,

I'm looking for a little but of help, I have set up about 6 user account and am trying to set up credentials rules for each user based on there IP address but when I try adding the 2nd user it says it conflicts with the first even though they are seperate IP address.

Am I doing something wrong ? I'm using the free version with 10 licenses

Hi

if your credential rules apply to a single IP only, make sure your mask is 255.255.255.255

otherwise if you used the network mask of your adapter, it will match an entire range of IPs.
