Postby trident » Jul 12 17 8:06 am

wingate is allowing the web with proxy setup ok

my next question is there a machine that got teamviewer on how do i allow that machine out so it can be access by teamviewer

sorry if these are silly question but the last time i used wingate was over 10years ago and am not sure what i need to do to allow rdp and teamviewer to work

Hi,

By default the WinGate firewall will allow all outgoing connections. Check on the Network connections panel to see what your adapter usage is set to. Your LAN adapter should be marked as internal and your Internet adapter should be external. You can change the adapter usage by double clicking it and selecting the appropriate setting.

Regards,

Matt
