Urgent: Problem order online (Wingate expires Aug 27)

Hi, it displays message below. Pls advise. It is possible to temporally extend the evaluation period for me as I affraid there is not enough time to solve the problem. (We are not working on Sat & Sun)

Order error
There was a problem with your order.
The Bank returned the following message: INVALID TRANSACTION FOR TERMINAL

I am sure there is no problem to extend your trial - just drop a message to mattp@qbik.com explaning your situation.
