License Required - Wingate 9 Windows 2012 R2

Hi,

I have been using Wingate paid version without a problem for about 10 months.
About 6 days ago every day Wingate is stopped with the message attached and only resume works after inserting the license number and .lic file again.
Nothing has been changed on the server besides Windows Updates installs.
I also updated to the latest version 9.2.0 (5975) but the problem still persist.

Hi

when this happens do you re-activate your key, or just copy a .lic file over? If there's a problem with the keys it will show up when activating them.

Did you purchase directly from us or via a dealer?

Hi Adrien, thank you for replying.
The license was bought thru a dealer and they solved directly talking with qbik.
Not really sure what happened but looks like there were a "problem" with the license.
