Extended Networking (ENS) won't load

Postby bskirvin » Apr 23 19 2:54 pm

I have Wingate 9.4 (Build 5993) on a Windows 7 64bit platform

Extended Networking shows the ENS driver is not installed. When I choose to have it loaded at startup, it does not actually load after reboot. In fact, it continues to say it is not installed.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it doesn't seem to improve anything.

Hi

Apologies for the delay on this.

If you open the windows network adapter properties (in network settings) and click "Install", select "Service" does it show anything from Qbik New Zealand Limited?

If not, you may need to find the driver files and install them directly. They live in Program files\wingate\Drivers\Vista

You can install from the network adapter properties, and choose to search for the file (it will be looking for the .inf file).

Regards
