Wingate 8.5 does not release users to the Internet, Help

Hello. Help please. The organization has wingate 8.5 installed . Operating system is Win 7 x64. After installing the local Kaspersky 11.1.1 antivirus, Wingate does not release users to the Internet. The assigned network interfaces and port 80 are missing on the WW Proxy server service. You cannot reassign network interfaces and install them again. The removal of the antivirus program does not bring results. If you restore the Old operating system backup (save point), then Wingate works fine. But the save point was made more than a year ago, and many settings have already been made in Wingate. What do I need to fix in the registry or in the WinGate settings to fix the problem? Thanks.

Hi

did you install Kaspersky AV on the WinGate computer?

AV products often install network drivers which it's possible were not removed with the Kaspersky uninstall. I'd check in the network adapter settings (in the OS settings for your network adapters).

It's unlikely that any registry or WinGate setting is doing this unless you changed a bunch of things trying to get it to work.
