License activation and Online Helpdesk errors

Hi,
I need to activate a license, but I get the below error when visiting the activation page. I attempted to open a ticket on the online help desk, but also got an error when attempting to visit that page. It looks like both services rely on a drive that has no free space. Please help. Thank you!

Thanks for reporting. This happens occasionally due to bugs in some other PHP process on that server unfortunately. Any terminated uploads don't get cleaned up.

I hope you were able to get through ok, apologies for the delay on this.
