After a fresh install of windows and software: I can access the proxy server control panel but not shared drives, Tight VNC, Swann DVR camera.
However, If I disable QBik Proxy service and Wingate startup and reboot, everything works apart from accessing the internet from client computers.

I've gone into Extended networking and it says Status: Not installed.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\qbikhkxp.sys does not exist.
How do we install it?

What OS are you running? I'd be very surprised if it was XP.
The driver you would be looking for is c:\windows\system32\drivers\QbikHkVistaamd64.sys

That file didn't exist either.
Solution:
Fresh install of Windows 10 Pro OEM UK.
Install all drivers, updates and software excluding Wingate. Several re-boots during the process. Installed Avast instead of Zonealarm.
Installed Wingate last. Added and setup DHCP and DNS services.

OK thanks for that.
we do sometimes see problems with various other firewall products. Some don't play well with WinGate's network driver, or block access to or from WinGate.
