Wingate shows NIC address as gateway.

Postby Jacekiwi » Aug 19 21 5:02 pm

My ISP's router can not reserve IP addresses so I am using static IP address on WAN NIC. For the WAN I am using 192.168.7.254 for gateway since that is the address of the router. However, Wingate is showing the gateway as 192.168.7.10, 192.168.7.254 as the gateway.
Thanks,

Hopefully solved: I did a search for 192.168.7.10 and found several keys like:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\{DB09F463-CD3B-4FF7-A4EA-7F5BBB008F3F}\Parameters\Tcpip
DefaultGateway

I removed 192.168.7.10 from gateway and Wingate is now showing the correct values.
