set traffic limits - Help me!

I am using wingate 9
I need to set traffic limits for each user or group of users for HTTP Proxy.
Example:
There is user Bob1, he has a traffic limit of 500 megabytes per day, when this limit is reached, user Bob1 no longer has access to the Internet through HTTP Proxy.
Please tell me how to do it?
