Zone Alarm

I have WinGate etc installed on my server. I have a laptop I would like to change anti-virus, firewall etc. I am wanting to go with Zone Alarm Suite on the Laptop, I notice in the forum they don't play well together... is this only when you install ZA on the server? Will this conflict with anything? Many Thanks

If I read correctly you just want a firewall on the notebook for protection on the lan and when elsewhere.

If it is configured to allow normal web / lan access then it will have no interaction with Wingate as server.

You are correct that Wingate will not work with ZA on the same machine, or any other firewall for that matter.
