WinGate 5.2 doesn't work on Windows 2003 Enterprise server

I have upgrade from WinGate 5.0.6 (buld 820) to WinGate 5.2.0 (build 885) and computers from my local network lost connection to Internet. I don't make any changes in configuration after update. WinGate but not show any activity on control panel.
I uninstal and reinstall WinGate. Local computers not have access to Internet.
I uninstall WinGate 5.2.0 and install WinGate 5.0.6 all work.

How I can install Wingate 5.2.0 on Windows 2003 Enterprise server?
