Play Counterstrike from behind a proxy with closed UDP

Hello!

I have a FreeBSD box outside my ISP with full access to the internet and a Windows box behind a proxy with cut down UDP. Is it possible to forward these ports using some open ports through FreeBSD box with WinGate?
