Wingate 5.22 works incontinuously

Server software information : Windows 2003 and wingate 5.22, A INTERNAL NET and A EXTERNAL NET .Clients are win xp or win 98.
My setting is no firewall ,but use different Internal subnets. http and socks proxy can not work continuously, several minute late will be stopped ,and another serveral minute may be continued ,proceed along this way.

Are the physical services in WinGate stopped OR are your clients denied access ? Is it a question of the connections timing out or are they being refused when the clients attempt to connect ?

It is not the physical services stopped and is not client denied access .
The connections of Clients may be refused,after minutes may be connected, and go on.
