SMTP has stopped

After removal of the got stuck messages has stopped SMTP server.
It is not started. And in logfile after restart we can see "Debug".
What to do? In window "ClientActivity" writes, that Stop Service SMTP server (filed)

After upgrade to version 6.2.1.......

....but SMTP server will not start on former....And post programs do not work :-(
