Unable to receive mails in MS Outlook, Eudora, etc...

I installed a new Wingate 5.0.1 and VMS 5.8.6 in a new machine… will act as my new server. I used the backed up configuration of my Wingate and VMS. The machine is working well, I can browse the internet, send/receive mails. However, I have noticed that the clients who use MS Outlook and Outlook Express unable to receive mails – though they can send/receive mails thru Web Mail. Thus, their accounts are working, but the New Server has a problem. I’ve checked and compared all the settings from old server to new server, and they have the same configuration in all services in Wingate and VMS.
What else do I need to check or reconfigure to make this issue resolved?
