Authenticating LAN users

Hi all,
is it possible using Wingate VPN to authenticate LAN users? I have a network that connected with the internet by a server using ICS , and I don't want those users to be on the internet directly, I need them to be authenticated first. Is this possible using Wingate VPN ? ofcourse the authentication will be using username and password.
