First a little bit of information as to how it's set up.
Server side.
Netscreen firewall: 192.168.1.1 with tcp and udp 809 forward to 192.168.1.138
Server: 192.168.1.138 mask 255.255.255.0
Local participation only.
Client side.
Netscreen router with upnp and nat. (can't be the router since i'we managed to get it working earlier with this router).
Client: 192.168.3.100 Mask 255.255.255.0
Local paricipation only.
Connection is established at the speed of light, and no conflicts are found according the GateKeeper. Connection is never dropped in any mysterious way.
1 tunnel established (wasn't there supposed to be 2 tunnels for each client?). Ping not possible, either of the two ways. The issue shouldn't lay within route set up or rip listeners because none of these machines needs to use any kind of gateway to connect (atleast they shouldn't seeing as they're both machines with Wingate installed).
I may have forgot some information, just drop a note and i'll supply it. This kind of bothers me though, i'we had a installation of wingate working earlier - what could be the reason for that it says not accessible and at the same time doesn't want to let me ping?

Note. That if i chose the server or client side to work in Local network participation I get the error "ignored/local conflict", even though they're not on the same subnets aswell both machines have the mask 255.255.255.0

Sounds as though it may be an MTU prob
from one of my previous posts
MTU is the Maximum Transmission Unit
If you go to
http://www.dslreports.com/drtcp download Dr TCP, (only 50k and FREE!) run it, you will see mtu area
In the bottom right hand window enter 1350 save exit and reboot
thats it set

I'we already checked the set up for any problems with MTU, only client side though. The reason for that I only checked the client side with MTU is because the server have had Wingate VPN working previously.
Whats more confusing is that I get openvpn working, but I'd rather not use it if I have the chance.
