Direcway DW6000 and "not accessible"

May 20 04 10:52 am

I am the client trying to access wingate vpn 123 build 901 from a windows 2000 with Hughes DW6000 two way modem with professional service and a static IP address.

Any known conflicts or special settings that I can perform from home office pc or pass on to our network admin would be greatly appreciated.

I can "see" the network but receive "not accessible" message.

Our Network admin can access with no problems from his laptop and Direcway 1 way system - so it appears that it is something specific to Hughes DW6000.

Direcway Tech support is zero help.

Thanks!
