I am using the trial license to evaluate VPN on Wingate 5.2.3
Does the trial license limit the number of users/computers that can be seen?
Does the size of the base Wingate license affect the VPN license?
Does the trial license have other limitations that I should be aware of?

A second question...
The "VPN Setup and Configuration Guide" has what appears to be "hot links" to assist in navigating to the appropriate section for further information. The problem is they appear not to function!!!
What am I doing wrong here?

There are no limitations on trial licenses. They are fully featured, but expire after 30 days of use.
The hot-links in the document are broken, we're having some issues when converting the doc to a pdf.
Can I email you the MS Word document ? The hot-links function in that one. If yes, send me an email / post back here.

OK I got the “Word” document, the hot links make it much easier to follow.
But, sometimes one can really feel in need of Help.
Here’s my situation:
Master: 256k dedicated connection to Internet IP 216.48.42.114
Master LAN IP 192.168.0.1
Remote: (cable modem) connection to internet IP 68.60.31.96
Remote: LAN IP 192.168.1.1
VPN Master can ping VPN remote (68.60.31.96)
VPN remote can ping VPN Master (216.48.42.114)
Wingate Gatekeeper shows:
VPN connection is made Tunnel shows active
No conflict in published routes
From the Master, all computers on it’s LAN can be accessed but nothing on the remote is accessible.
From the remote, all computers on the master are not accessible.
User has admin rights on all computers.
Port 809 for TCP & UDP is open on Master and remote
All machines running W2K pro w/SP4
What now?

You should be able to ping the internal IP address of each node. (192.168.0.1 should be able to ping 192.168.1.1)
The most likely cause for that is port 809 UDP being blocked or not forwarded to the VPN, from your setup it looks as if SPEEDY2 is the more likely culprit.
Check the cable modem documentation (Or talk to the ISP) to see how to configure that if you're not sure. It might be possible to test that with a listener like "netcat" on port 809 UDP, testing from the internet.
