share won't open - not accessable message isn't there either

Here is the setup:

Office--
DSL router with all ports forwarded - even netbios
server with VPN is windows 2000 with local ip 192.168.1.2

Home--
DSL router with 192.168.0.1
Windows 2003 server with IP 192.168.0.100

Connecting to the VPN at work has always worked.
The Home PC can ping the office server (192.168.1.2)
The office server is sharing a folder
The Home PC has file sharing enabled

Any suggestions? Could it be a win2003 security feature that I havn't found yet?

Refer to that posting. This sounds like an MTU problem. It gives you details on how to test for MTU, and the applications you need to configure that.
