Can i use windows [2000 or xp] build in VPN client connect to WINGATE VPN server ??

Is it different VPN product [for example Wingate Winroute or Windows 2000 Server ] from different software company could compatible with each other???

Generally no, they are not compatible. You would need a WinGate VPN Client to talk back to a WinGate VPN Server.

Windows VPN client has several methods of operation, PPTP and L2TP / IPSEC.

There are other PPTP servers that I believe the Windows VPN client can connect to, and also there are other IPSEC VPN servers that Windows VPN client can connect to .
