Here is the Information
Location A
1 Computer 1 DSL Router
Computer A - Ip address 192.168.0.2 - With WINGATE VPN
DSL Private IP - 192.168.1.1
Location B
1 Computer 1 DSL Router
Computer B - Ip address 192.168.1.100 - With Wingate VPN
Scenario
Location A
-I've configured the DSL to forward packets from port 808 to 192.168.0.2
Location B
-I've configured the DSL to forward packets from port 808 to 192.168.0.100
The VPN says Connection SSL Connection Negotiated
Problem: Computers cannot communicate in Network Neighboorhood
Operating system Windows XP Professional With Service Pack 2
What might be the problem?

Did you change the VPN to use port 808, rather than 809?
Secondly, did you forward TCP and UDP? (DSL->PC)
Thirdly, can you ping the machines, etc. or are they completely not available?

Yes..
I've changed now the setup to DMZ and point to PC on Both locations. Same problem still occur.
I can't ping its IP Address..
What might be the problem?

Okay. DMZ. Can you describe the setup again then, please with the appropriate changes?
If you cannot ping the internal IP address of the VPN you are connected to, the tunnel is being blocked somewhere along the way. Generally, that means that some intermediary firewall / router (Such as your DSL device / other firewall) is blocking the tunneled traffic.
The tunnel is UDP based - so you need to be sure that you have forwarded the correct port (808 UDP in your case) to the VPN Node. (Server and Client)
