Help with product purchase

Hi, I'n not sure which VPN products to buy.
I want to connect from my home PC to my Work PC. The work PC is on a Peer to Peer Windows XP network. I do not nesessariy need to see any other computer at work apart from my own.

Could someone please advise which products I need to purchase
