Every night, during the night, and occasionally sometime during the day I lose connection and the host has to be rebooted to regain it. My Norton AV runs during the night on the host, could this cause this issue? Any other ideas on losing connection and requiring a host reboot to regain it?
The second machine connects, and is recognized, but refuses to be able to map to any of the shared drives. Quoting "drive is inaccessbile" messages.

I beleive changing the ssl # on the host to match client will fix previous issue , correct?
okay, can ping but says that packet needs to be fragmented below 400. What to do?
