ARRRHHHHHH!!!!!!!!, time wasted with wingate vpn!!!! so much

Hi,
I purchased wingate vpn about 2 months ago but in view of the problems encountered never actually used it. At the time couldn't get remote desktop to work, which was the main purpose of purchasing it, routes weren't published although the participation was set to local network, etc...
+public outlook that we use a lot stopped working whilst wingate vpn was installed.
De-installed the lot, public outlook started working again. Left wingate vpn on the shelf because not enough time to deal with bad software.
Now really require being able to use wingate vpn, so re-installed a new downloaded version on a different machine so it doesn't interfere with public outlook.
Instaleld and registered OK, but now whenever I try to double click on Add a new vpn, the windows just closes on me, not allowing me to do anything. wingate vpn carries on working, it's just the window that closes so I can't actually add a new vpn to wingate. there is no other vpn setup.
So I must have an answer now!!! I bought 5 licences and I can't us e this bloody software. I'm getting very angry with it. Sbdy does sthg now!!
