How can I complete uninstall the Software ?

Hello,

due my Problems with the VPN Client I tryed it on a Windows XP PC, but that was not a good Idea. I have a network card and a digital broadcast card ( SAT-TV ). Both are having a TCP Network connection.

Network 192.168.0.6
Sat 192.168.46.21
PC Name : client03

After I uninstall the software, the Satcard is answering to the name client03. I got a ping reply from 192.168.46.21. If I disable the line, than I got a reply from 192.168.0.6. I already complete reinstalled both cards, but the problem is still there.

And now after a restart Windows XP needs up to 1-2 Minutes to be back to the desktop !

Any hints ?

It should uninstall cleanly, but there are a few locations you can double check:

Registry:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Qbik Software
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\QbikHKXP

Files:
1. <program files>\WinGate (Assuming you took the default directory)
2. <system32>\drivers\qbikhkxp.sys
3. The appropriate locations for shortcuts, etc.

This does not sound like an uninstall problem though - but check those, and then let me know if it helped.
