License activation problems and problems configure VPN

Hello!
Yesterday I purchased Wingate VPN.
I got the KEY on the invoice, but could not activate
Wingate VPN. Everytime i tryed to activate it,
the program is displaying:

"adding and removing keys from products........"

Please help....

But if I use the trial KEY, the activation goes through!


The other thing is that:
Here is my scenario:
I have two LAN's on different locations.
I want to network each location like in Windows network browsing.
Here is how they are connected to internet:

INTERNET->CABLE MODEM (fixed IP) -> ROUTER -> LAN

I just want that one computer on one location can network the
other one on the other location and vise versa.

I can ping each fixed IP from locations ...
Please help to configure Wingate VPN!
