We've recently installed WinGate VPN on our in-house network, and we've had some initial success. However, when our company president (it's a small corporation) installed the software on his Windows XP laptop, the computer crashed to a blue screen on reboot. He had to uninstall VPN from Safe Mode.
Now, his laptop has a variety of software, and we suspect the firewall he uses for dialup, but aren't sure. Has anyone encountered software conflicts that cause this kind of a problem when WinGate VPN is installed?
