1. How many tunnels can Wingate VPN support simultaneously ?

2. Any performance implications if operating about 150 simultaneous tunnels ?

3. Can I generate activity reports ?

As many as you like

As long as the server is reasonably fast

3. Can I generate activity reports ?

Look in the logs
