How does the licenceing work with WinGate VPN.

Dear to whom it concerns,
I am not able to find any information on the way the licences work. What I mean to ask is, if I purchase several WinGate VPNs now am I going to be needing to buy a new version? Or is there a subscription fee for the use of the program? Please if any one knows about this please respond.

Hi Clinton,

At the moment you can purchase upgrade protection which will guard you against an upgrade, although in saying that if it's just a minor "bug-fix" release you'll get the upgrade for free. When we release a major version that has new features, if you have the upgrade protection then you'll be able to upgrade for free.

Thanks for your reply. It does answer my question. I do want to ask about the upgrade cost. Is there a special upgrade price for new versions in the future? Or is there a way to extend or buy new protection programs each year? Or after the protection runs out do I have to buy a a full bunch of licences again? I do appreciate your responses. It looks like we are going to be purchasing licences but these last details we are trying to work out.
