Not Accessible....HELP

Postby Taco » Jun 25 04 7:50 pm

From the outside I can see all the PC in the LAN but can only access the VPN-server.
I want to access the LAN behind the VPN-server.
I can see all the PC's on the LAN in Gatekeeper but can only access the VPN-Server.

My VPN-server has 2 NIC's.
1: 192.168.1.2 connected to ADSL-router
2: 192.168.0.250 connected to LAN

On the VPN-server I can access the LAN with no problems

I have installed RIP V2 on the PC's in the LAN, I have set the default gateway to the VPN-server on the PC's in the LAN,I have set all the MTU's to 1350....
Still "not accessible" ???? Only the VPN-server is accessible.
I have set participation to local network on the VPN-server.

HELP please...

Can you ping any of the machines behind the VPN Server from the joining node ?

There is a fairly comprehensive document that takes you through troubleshooting the VPN setup in our WhitePapers section.

That means that at least netbios is travelling across the tunnel, etc. So, two things to try next:

1. Try to reach the machines via an IP address: e.g. \\192.168.13.1
2. Confirm that you can ping them
