Error message

Hi there,

I have a 3 VPN users in the same office connecting to a remote server. Two are using WinXp, one is using W2K professional. When two of these users connect, the Wingate server shows the message "The VPN you are attempting to login to requires protocol version 1.6 to connect. Wingate 6.0 or Wingate VPN 2.0 and later support protocol version 1.6 connections.

Okay, we are using the latest Wingate VPN software here. Any idea what is going on here?

Just to check - is the VPN client on the workstations also the latest?

Yes, all software is current.
