Simultaneous VPN Hosting

Hi

We currently have 1 VPN setup through wingate VPN 6.1.1 build 1077 from site X to site Y . Both ends have the following license agreement “WinGate VPN 2.x gateway license for 6 user LAN”. The LAN behind bothe LAN’s can be reached.

I want to add a second VPN to site X, namely site Z.

Will I need to change something on the license agreement of site X because i am going to host a second VPN?
Adding a “WinGate VPN 2.x gateway license for 6 user LAN” for site Z will be sufficient to build the second VPN?
Will Wingate VPN 2.x be compatible with our older version?

Hope somebody can clarify the above.

Hi

your VPN gateway licence allows you to host any number of VPNs, so there's no problem adding a second VPN for your site Z, you'll just need a licence for the installation at site Z.

WinGate VPN 2.2.x is compatible with 2.0.x and 2.1.x
