if you have problems to connect your ISP open the ports 1024 to 4096 to connect from Internet otherwise the VPN connection to your ISP cannot established.
at first i had much of problems because i closed these ports.
And now - it runs! :-)
You can make a security scan on your wingater pc.

http://scan.sygate.com to see what ports are opened.
