What type of network card do you have that the driver isn't loading for?

What are the symptoms of the problem? i.e. how do you know the network driver has not loaded?

I know that there was a conflict between WinGate and older versions of KAV (pre version 7) where the host computer would lose it's entire IP configuration and subsequently, it's connection to the network. Is this possibly what's happening in your computer?

In Control Panel \ System \hardware\ manage peripherals \ network
the network card doesn't work , it 's an integrated card of Hp Proliant ('HP NC373i Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter'.
An exclamation mark appears on netowrk card
