Server certificate Manager still not here

Hi.
I just hoped the Server certificate Manager would be present in the new version. But it's still not here ... (Wingate full only)
I'm wondering how I can manage the certificates (VPN to Host) without the Server certificate Manager and without restarting Wingate VPN server after I delete the old certificates in the \wingate\certificate directory.

The "combo box" where you select the Certificate Name is only updated when you Stop and Start the Wingate Engine. (I need the old certificates to disapear of this combo).
Shutting down Wingate may not be the solution (when you host many VPN, all VPN are disconnected !!!).

Certificate creation in available for VPN Feature of Wingate. Why isn't it (the Server certificate Manager) included in the VPN edition ?
