Win2003 server TS Access Problem

I have tested Win2000 server for Terminal Server connection. Its fine and fast. But after I have installed the Win2003 server I began to have errors which says terminals server end connection. Is it about a Win2003 security setting or ....? Its geting a big problem for me. Please help about this problem. Thanks.

Is it only over the VPN that you have this problem?

I don't know much about 2k3 TS, but does it have anywhere in its configuration where you can specify what ranges of IP addresses are local and trusted? Some other MS products do this, like exchange server.

the IP address of the machines across the VPN may be deemed untrusted.

Are these VPN client machines on dialup access? If so, their source IP will be a public IP.
