Problems submiting a support request ticket

Hi, I submitted a support request, but two times I got this error:

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for C:\WINNT\TEMP\php35E.tmp (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\eSupport\admin\ticketcore.php on line 331

Both times I got a ticket key:
KGI-44954
KJM-45908

I'm sorry if you received my request two times, but if not, I'll appreciate to notify me to try again, because it's important for finishing my tests.

We did receive both of your tickets, we've replied to one of them and closed the other.
